TERMS OF SALES

1. Order Quantity.

The minimum order accepted is 1X20´ container.

2. Inspection.

We realize that failure sometime occur during the production process. So, we request you to work with us for monitoring the process of manufacturing by sending your quality controller.

3. Price Terms.

Our prices are based on Free on Board price, but also possible to offer CIF terms. Please ask our team of sales for your preference inquiry.

4. Packaging system.

Our standard of packaging is foam sheet wrapped with corrugated paper and sticker paper for shipping mark. For fragile items, the packaging is using wooden crate with ISPM standards. If you have special request of packaging and shipping marks, all should be declared into the term of sales and signed by both parties.

5. Delivery time.

We normally need 60-90 days after receiving deposit payment to complete a container order depends on the models suggested.

6. Payment Terms.

Telegraphic transfer with 50% deposit to be wired upon order confirmation and 50% to be paid when the order is completed.

7. Freight Forwarder

We will sincerely help you to arrange the shipment. We are in very good cooperation with many reliable freight forwarders and shipping lines. We can get the best rate and service on this. Or, you are pleased to nominate the forwarder or shipping lines on your side.

8. Order Cancelation.

No refund on order cancelation.
