Moisture Audit & Final QC
Before packing, every timber component undergoes an electronic moisture content (MC) inspection (strictly below 12%) and final surface detailing to prevent warping during temperature fluctuations at sea.
Multi-Layer Export Wrapping
Furniture surfaces are shielded with soft anti-scratch PE foam, reinforced with dense corrugated corner guards, heavy-duty double-wall cartons, and industrial desiccants (silica gel) against ocean humidity.
Fumigation & Timber Legality
Every consignment is processed in strict compliance with ISPM 15 phytosanitary standards and verified through the Indonesian Timber Legality Assurance System (SVLK/V-Legal) for seamless global customs clearance.
Direct Container Stuffing
FCL containers (20ft & 40ft HC) are loaded on-site at our Jepara facility using specialized weight-distribution bracing before being sealed and dispatched directly to Tanjung Emas Port (Semarang).
